Terra Verde is located 1.5 miles down the road from Cottonwood Hot Springs. It is a five bedroom house with a kitchen, living room and views of Cottonwood Creek and Mount Princeton. Price includes soaking pool access. All Terra Verde rooms are non smoking. No dogs are allowed.
There are two king bedrooms and three queen bedrooms. Queen rooms share the bath and half upstairs Each king room has a private bathroom. With a shared kitchen. This house can sleep up to ten people.
Rm 1 or 2 - $105 - Queen
Rm3 - $95 - Queen
Rm4 - $115 - King, Creek-side exit downstairs, private microwave, fridge TV and private bath
Rm5 $125 - King Suite, downstairs, extra sofa bed, very private ,microwave, fridge TV and private bath
$25 for each additonal person
Exclusive Rental $450 per night (winter) $500 per night (summer)
