We are grateful you were called to come get your healing at Cottonwood Wellness Spa. We aren’t your typical “spa” with mud wraps and sugar scrubs. Here, we believe in the deep healing practices our ancestors used, traditional and holistic medicine, native ceremonies, sacred mineral water soaking, and alternative healing methods for a WHOLE BODY HEALING experience.

We have a mix of Licensed Massage Therapists who are all very gifted and intuitive with their touch, and all offer their own speciality sessions. We also have many different holistic healers who all respect our native roots and healing waters. Cottonwood Wellness Spa thank you sincerely for allowing us to help you on your healing journey.

Cancellation Policy
Every client is required to have a valid credit or debit card on file to book an appointment. We require a 24 hour notice from the start time of your session for cancellation. If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, your card on file will be charged 100% of the total cost of the service(s) booked. For appointments booked and cancelled the same day, the card on file will be charged 100% of the total cost of the service(s) booked. After 15 minutes late to your appointment, you are considered a No Call/No Show and will be charged 100% of the total cost of the service(s) booked.

Integrative Massage Therapy integrates multiple modalities to fit the needs of each clients specific needs for that session. Each of these sessions are customized to the client receiving, so be sure to let your therapist know exactly what you need.

Reflexology: Hand or Foot

Reflexology, sometimes referred to as Zone Therapy, is an alternative eastern medical practice that incorporates massage techniques, and the application of pressure on certain points of the feet or hands that correlate to different body parts or organs. Reflexology is NOT massage therapy. Reflexology is usually done anywhere relaxing and quiet with the client full clothed and sitting comfortably with the eyes closed. It can be done with or without oils using the fingers, thumbs and hands. This technique helps rebalance the energy body, the physical body and the emotional body.

With over 18 years of experience in the skincare and holistic wellness realm, I bring a deep and diverse background to my practice as a licensed esthetician, healing arts practitioner and yoga instructor.

My journey has taken me through high-end luxury spas & country clubs, elite athletic clubs, dermatology clinics, and integrative wellness centers, including a functional hormone and therapy specialist doctor’s office.
For the past five years, I’ve proudly owned and operated my private practice in Lakewood, Colorado as “The Skin Alchemist” where I’ve created  a sanctuary for skin health, energetic alignment, and soulful healing and am excited to now offer services here at Cottonwood Hot Springs Spa.

I specialize in both traditional and integrative skincare, offering services such as customized spa facials, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, nano-needling, along with body polish treatments, and reflexology. My passion for holistic wellness has led me to develop signature treatments that merge ancient practices with modern techniques, including energy~frequency facials, Ayurvedic marma point facials, and crystal/gemstone-infused skincare rituals.

My offerings also extend beyond the physical into the energetic and ceremonial realms. I incorporate Biofield Tuning frequency therapy, chakra crystal bowl sound baths, ionic foot detox sessions, and Sacred Ceremonies centered around the elements—water, fire, moon, crystal healing, cacao, and tea. These deeply intentional practices are designed to support emotional release, spiritual connection, and overall energetic balance with ultimate relaxation.

With over 24 years of experience in massage therapy, I bring a deep commitment to healing and holistic wellness. My approach integrates a range of modalities, including:

Kelly has been practicing massage for 18 years, and fell in love with Lomi Lomi Hawaiian Massage with its flowing movements and deep healing pressure. She has included this transformative massage with her offerings for 15 years. Reiki-energy work is also a part of her specialties.

Lomi Lomi Hawaiian massage incorporates the elbow and forearm with long, flowing, rhythmic massage runs along the body. There is conscious movement to strengthen the energy centers and facilitate in transformation and healing

Reiki

Reiki is not massage, but is the laying on of hands for deep spiritual/mental/emotional/physical healing. The practitioner is the conduit for the healing that comes from our Source, Spirit. When you are open to receiving the healing, you will be called to this session through spirit to guide you into a deep relaxing healing session.

Lomi Lomi Hawaiian Massage

Lomilomi is a word in the Hawaiian and Samoan languages. Lomi means “to knead, to rub, or soothe; to work in and out, as the paws of a contented cat.” It may also mean “to take and turn, to shift” as in “the sacred shift within you that is inspired by the healing kahuna…” said twice “lomilomi” for emphasis.

Healing Massage
Kelly incorporates Saging, drumwashing, energy work, and Lomi Lomi Massage with a sacred closing ritual for a well-rounded healing session.

Liz Walsh

Liz has been involved in the healing arts since 1005 when she began teaching yoga.  Her studies have included Reiki, CranioSacral Therapy, Breathwork, Thai yoga massage, astrology, and shamanism.
2021-2022 she trained in Watsu; water massage and felt its peaceful powers of deep relaxation, calming and nervous system, and the gift of connecting quietly with the self while being supportively held by the Watsu therapist.
Through Watsu; water massage the client is comfortably supported by flotation devices while Liz provides massage, myofascial release, deep stretches and acupressure.
Clients report feeling more relaxed, greater comfort in their body, better sleep, a quiet mind, connected to nature, and they often experience an inner journey that supports their higher health vision.
