Khalsa has been studying healing touch for over a decade. She is a firm believer that Massage is vital for well-being. She apprenticed with a Brazilian Healer in New York City from 2006-2012, trained in Costa Rica in Abdominal Massage and most recently graduated from Crestone Healing Arts School. Using a variety of Techniques and pressures, Khalsa helps bring awareness and oxygen to blockages in your body. Her touch is intuitive and precise. Medium to deep pressure which seeks to treat musculoskeletal issues. Involves sustained pressure with slow deep strokes mean to target the inner layers of muscle and connective tissue. This helps to break up any scar tissue that may have formed from previous injuries or sustained pressure. Deep. Facial Gua Sha

Using a Jade Gua Sha tool khalsa nourishes the muscles of the face leaving you feeling refreshed. Facial Gua Sha softens fine lines, decreases puffiness, heals and prevents breakouts, and ultimately gives the skin a more refreshed appearance. It has been known to help with inflammation and can help reduce sinus pressure.
